1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
SS7 Sports Technologies Pvt Ltd, the developer of InApp Messenger, is unconditionally committed to the safety and protection of children on our platform.
InApp Messenger has zero tolerance for any content, communication, or conduct that exploits, harms, endangers, sexualizes, or threatens the wellbeing of minors in any form, on any feature of our platform — including direct messaging, group chats, media sharing, status updates, and all future features.
These published standards apply to all users of InApp Messenger globally.
2. Explicit Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
The following are strictly and explicitly prohibited on InApp Messenger. Violations result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any image, video, audio, or text depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form, whether solicited, facilitated, or distributed through the platform
- Grooming of minors — adults building inappropriate, manipulative, or secretive relationships with children for exploitative purposes
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, whether explicit or implied
- Sharing, requesting, forwarding, or distributing sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18 years of age
- Any content, communication, or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or harms a child
- Using InApp Messenger to plan, coordinate, or facilitate real-world harm to a minor
- Any attempt to use the platform to circumvent parental oversight or exploit a minor's trust
3. In-App Reporting Mechanism
InApp Messenger provides an in-app mechanism for users to report inappropriate content, abusive behavior, or any content that may involve, endanger, or exploit a child.
All reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. Reports involving potential CSAM or child endangerment are treated as the highest priority and actioned immediately ahead of all other report categories.
We do not tolerate retaliation against users who make good-faith child safety reports.
4. How We Handle CSAM — Our Response Process
Upon receiving a credible report of, or independently identifying, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation on InApp Messenger, we follow this mandatory process:
- Immediate Content Removal — The content is removed from the platform immediately upon confirmed identification.
- Account Suspension — The responsible account is suspended without notice, pending investigation.
- Mandatory Reporting to Authorities — We report the incident to the NCMEC CyberTipline and/or cybercrime.gov.in as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
- Full Cooperation with Law Enforcement — We cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation, preserving and disclosing evidence as required by applicable law.
- Permanent Account Termination — Accounts confirmed to have violated CSAE standards are permanently terminated with no right of appeal.
5. Compliance with Applicable Child Safety Laws
InApp Messenger complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates, including but not limited to:
- POCSO Act, 2012 — Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (India)
