These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InApp app, website, and related services provided by SS7 Sports Technologies Pvt Ltd (“SS7,” “InApp,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Eligibility
  1. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  2. For India, the safest default rule is: you must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
  3. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
  4. You may not create an account for someone else without authority.
  1. Account Registration and Verification
  1. InApp may require mobile-number verification through OTP or similar means.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your device, OTPs, credentials, and account secure.
  3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account unless caused by our fault.
  4. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that use false details, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.
  1. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for personal or internal business communication purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

You may not:

  • copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the Service except as expressly allowed;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law cannot be excluded;
  • interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
  • use bots, scrapers, or automation to access or collect data from the Service without authorization.
  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.

You must not use the Service to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, share, or otherwise make available content or conduct that:

  • is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or violates applicable law;
  • belongs to another person without authorization;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, sexually exploitative, or invasive of another’s privacy;
  • exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children in any way;
  • promotes hate, harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, violence, or self-harm;
  • impersonates another person or misrepresents affiliation;
  • spreads malware, viruses, phishing links, or other harmful code;
  • constitutes spam, unsolicited promotions, chain messages, or scams;
  • is patently false or misleading in a way prohibited by law;
  • attempts to bypass user blocks, safety restrictions, or moderation systems.
  1. User-Generated Content, Reporting, and Moderation
  1. The Service may allow you to submit content, including messages, media, status, profile information, group content, reactions, and other materials (“User Content”).
  2. You must accept these Terms before creating or uploading User Content.
  3. We may provide in-app tools to report content, report users, and block users.
  4. We may review reports, investigate abuse, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate users where appropriate.
  5. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required.
  6. Group admins, community admins, or business accounts may have moderation powers over spaces they manage, subject to our platform rules.
  7. We are not obligated to pre-screen all content, and we do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be removed before exposure.
  1. Ownership of User Content
  1. You retain ownership of the User Content you create or share.
  2. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, adapt (for technical formatting), and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, moderate, and provide the Service, and to comply with law.
  3. This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, subject to backup cycles, recipient retention, reports, legal holds, and legal compliance.
  1. Messaging, Calls, and Encryption
  1. InApp is designed as a communication service. Delivery may depend on device compatibility, internet availability, telecom networks, app version, and recipient settings.
  2. Where end-to-end encryption is implemented for eligible features, message and call content is encrypted during transmission between participating users in ordinary operation.
  3. Encryption does not prevent recipients from forwarding, screenshotting, recording, or otherwise misusing content they receive.
  4. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free delivery at all times.
  1. Contacts, Device Permissions, and Features

Some features may require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, storage, or location. By enabling those permissions, you authorize the app to use them for the corresponding feature. You can revoke permissions in your device settings, but some features may stop working.

  1. Payments, Subscriptions, and Paid Features

If the Service offers paid features, subscriptions, virtual services, or business tools:

  1. pricing, billing intervals, taxes, refunds, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase;
  2. payments may be processed by app stores or third-party payment processors;
  3. your failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features;
  4. unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the relevant service has been provided.

Delete this clause if you do not offer paid features.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to SS7 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary:

  • suspend or restrict access to the Service;
  • remove content;
  • deactivate or terminate accounts;
  • preserve or disclose information for legal or safety reasons,

if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or the Service, or where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose reasonable limits on storage, bandwidth, file size, or feature access where necessary for service integrity, security, or compliance.

  1. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or link with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, billing, privacy practices, or performance.

  1. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees regarding:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • error-free performance;
  • perfect security;
  • compatibility with every device or network;
  • delivery, retention, or recoverability of every communication.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SS7, its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SS7 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of:

  • your User Content;
  • your misuse of the Service;
  • your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
  • your infringement of another person’s rights.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction over [Madha / Solapur District, Maharashtra] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Service.

Replace the bracketed jurisdiction with your preferred court location after legal review.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Where required, we will notify users by app notice, website notice, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or feature-specific terms presented to you, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
